A210 is a flexible labeling system for pre-filled syringes and other narrow cylindrical containers. The built-in semi-atuo syringe denester allows loading of syringes easily. Horizontal Trunnion conveyor ensures high speed labeling and extra precision. Labeled syringes are also collected orderly at the exit. For other cylindrical containers, an optional integrated tray inserter is available for collecting the labeled bottles into inner packaging trays. Optional camera inspection and auto-rejection at high speed is also available.
