Double Planetary Disperser

You may find particle agglomeration in some high viscosity material mixing. Planetary dispersers add the high disperser unit in double planetary mixer which can prevent the particle agglomeration. The low speed agitator make the material to the high disperser area, the cycle mixing could mix the material thoroughly. The standard planetary mixer equips with scarper, temperature display, vacuum operation, ect. Also we can do the Teflon coating according to the using condition.

We offer two different combination including single blade with single disperser and double blades with double dispersers. For different material we can design the different mixing type and combination. Also we can supply the PLC control which can connect to the PC directly to save the production time and improve efficiency.Mixing capacity range from 1-2000 liters.
