1.Round design,vertical and jacket insulation. Interior thickness is 3mm, exterior thickness is 2mm.

2.All of our tanks are have a sanitary construction which include: 100% TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish.

3.All tanks and jackets are inspected and pressure tested to 2 times operating pressure.  

4.All tanks are insulated with high efficiency polyurethane foam. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions.

     Pre fermenter features: beer yeast is a  fermentation process under certain conditions,  wort can be fermented  beer and carbon dioxide CO2 . Because different types of yeast, fermentation conditions and product requirements, different flavors, fermentation is not the same way. According to different types of yeast  fermentation, the beer is invided into upper fermentation and bottom fermentation. This  tank is pre fermentation tank, yeast fermentation impurities can be  cleaned from the top cover, helping improve beer  taste.
