Description

It is a keg filling machine with 1 filling head. The filling heads are placed above of the work table. Kegs are manually placed on the work table for filling. Then the filling head lowers, being powered by a pneumatic cylinder, and contact the lance (tap) of the keg tightly. Automatic counter pressure filling process begins. Pneumatic angle seat shutoff valves on pipe-work are controlled automatically by a PLC. Filling stops when the keg is full. Then the filling head rises and the keg is to be unloaded from the work table manually.
