10KV Three phase SG(B)10-H grade dry type transformer

SG(B)10 series non package seal dry type transformer is environment friendly, energy saving and safe. It is use NOMEX insulation materials made by Du Pont USA. The high and low voltage winding is made of anaerobic electromagnetic copper wire with high conductivity. It adopts well designed continuous foil type structure and vacuum pressure immersion process (VPI), which enables small partial area electricity discharge, and there is no chap and no decrease in insulation performance in its entire life span. Overall vacuum immersion and high temperature solidification treatment, together with high strength ceramic support gives the transformer good bearing ability for accident short circuit current. The Max. temperature for H grade heat resistant insulation coil is 180℃. The main insulation material is C grade (heat resistant 220℃) NOMEX paper. There is enough tolerance reserved for design. The product can be installed in environment with dirty, high humidity, high fire protection environment, and high load requirement. The transformer has the following features: high reliability, good safety performance, environment friendly, small in size, light weight, nice appearance etc. It is widely used in following areas: high rise buildings, airport, subway, harbor, petrochemical, densely populated residential area, nuclear power plant etc.
