Service:
a. All the manuals are attached with machine.
b. We provide free training service in our factory; also if you afford the air tickets, Room and Board cost,
we can send technician to your place for training, and will charge USD100/DAY.
c. Training includes the software operation, machine controlling system operation and the simple
drawings.
d. 12 months warranty period (not include wearing parts) and the technical support for lifetime. The
damaged parts within warranty enjoy the free replace service if the users can send back the damage
ones, the post fee are afforded by user and us.
e. After 12 months warranty, replacing bad parts will be charged on basis of cost but no profit.
f. We provide technical support all life time online or by telephone. The instructions will be sent in
video, picture, word or drawings for giving your clear solution.
Limit Terms:
We do not provide warranty on problems by the incorrect operation, over-load use, non-normal conditions
and Force Majeure during transport and etc.
The easily damaged parts such as cutters, belts and etc will not enjoy the warranty. You are advised to
order some easily damaged parts for maintenance in future.
The control software upgrading will be informed to the users in advance but no fee change.
