Working principle:

Mortar pump is composed of a transmission mechanism and a pump body. By the triangle belt and a pair of gear motor rotary movement transmission to the crankshaft, connecting rod, cross head through the piston reciprocating motion, the gear box is closed, the movement of splash lubrication part. Mortar is discharged by the pump suction valve cylinder pressure is sent to the air chamber, a slurry discharge valve and asafety device on the air chamber, mortar pump adopts automatic control safety device of the electrical, when air pressure is higher than the rated working pressure, the control circuit is cut off the main circuit current, the motorautomatically stop running.
