(1)Modular design：Beishide originally developed BEST multi-way divided manifold system, it has complete overall integrated design to controlling valves, there are no any threaded seal or pipeline crimping or welding connectors, to minimize vacuum pipelines as practical as possible, so as to eliminate air-leakage points.
(2)Pressure test :Originally imported capacitor film pressure sensor. The reading precision error is ≤0.15%, which is the highest precision for present pressure sensor.

Beishide originally developed non-obstructive-type environmental control system with principle of vortex dust falling, combining with the flying-prevention procedure; it can eliminate any elutriation and boiling phenomenon of samples that are volatile in highly vacuum conditions, so as to avoid polluting the valve pipelines that cause the decrease of systematic tightness.
(4)Optional treatment mode: it is equipped with “common heating vacuumizing molecular diffusion mode” and “molecular substitution mode”

(6)Vacuum system:The instrument is equipped with two sets of independent vacuum system, i.e. degassing system and analytical system are mutually independent.
(7)Liquid level control:Beishide originally developed liquid nitrogen surface servo keeping system can be used to eliminate the dead volume change resulting from liquid nitrogen surface changes by virtue of volatilization of liquid nitrogen during the test, so as to improve test precision.

Independent P0: pressure (P0) test station, to guarantee the high accuracy of differential pressure test.
Test System:According to international standard “Nitrogen +helium” test mode, it can make use of helium to test temperature area volume, to make the test accuracy much higher with better repeatability.
Test gas: high purity N2 gas ( 99.999% ) or other ( demand options such as Ar, Kr).
Gas-controlling valve:It adopts originally imported SMC gas controlling valve from Japan, which can solve the gas expansion problem for heating resulting from the heating of solenoid valve.
Drift diameter of pipelines:Large drift diameter is the essential conditions of high vacuum, degassing bit and test bit will adopt large drift diameter valve and pipelines, to make the ultimate vacuum of vacuum pump to exert itself to the maximum extent.
Cold trap:Degassing gas channel, it will analyze gas channel independent dual cold-trap device, can eliminate the moisture, oil materials and other impurities in the gas channel thoroughly.
Vacuum system: The instrument is equipped with two sets of independent vacuum system, i.e. degassing system and analytical system are mutually independent; degassing system is equipped with independent dual-level mechanical vacuum pump, ultimate vacuum is up to 10-2Pa, analytical bit is equipped with independent dual-stage mechanical vacuum pump + Germany originally imported turbine molecular pump, ultimate vacuum is up to 10-6Pa; the two sets of independent vacuum system constitutes of three pumps can not only improve test efficiency, but also eliminate the mutual influence of analysis and degassing truly and thoroughly when they are running simultaneously, so as to avoid the pollution issues resulting from one set of vacuum system.
Vacuum pump:Germany originally imported dual-stage mechanical vacuum pump+ Germany originally imported turbine molecular pump, full-process software Auto- starting and stopping controlling.
Pressure test:Originally imported capacitor film pressure sensor, segment test: 0-1000torr，0-10torr，0-0.1torr (for your options). The reading precision error is ≤0.15%, which is the highest precision for present pressure sensor; it adopts differential pressure test, which can improve the test accuracy of different pressure segments; micro pore segment differential pressure P/P0 can be up to 1×10-8 with more than 50 pieces of points; large pore segment will be equipped with a real-time test function of P0, which makes the controlling precision when P/PO is tending to critical point to up to 0.998.
Liquid nitrogen cup:It is equipped with 3L large volume, small-bore Dewar, which can guarantee no need to adding liquid nitrogen in at least 90 hours.
