Machine specification:

Our barreled drinking water filling machine is suitable for 3 gallon barrel, 5gallon barrel, and 6 gallon barrel, and can be used for filling mineral water, pure water, etc.

1. PLC controlled, full automatic working, filling volume and filling time can be adjustable;

2. All the machine is made of Stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, and the surface of the machine is well polished, easily for future cleaning;

3. All the pipeline, valve, is made of stainless steel, other necessary PVC parts are food grade;

4. We can design the producing capacity according to customer requirement, the rinsing, filling head can be from 1-12, during rinsing process, the barrel will be rinsing by hot alkali, disinfecting water, and then pure water, to ensure every corner of the bottle is well cleaned;

Features:
1) S.S304 Frame/ spraying nozzle/filling nozzle with transparent window for monitoring the each working process
2) Low pressure protection: when incoming air's pressure is <=0.5MPA, the equipment will be automatically stopped
3) Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped
4) Low water level protection for finished water tank(water tank with filler's water supply): when the water level of the tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped
5) Special filling principle-dual filling(at the early filling stage, the two filling valves work simultaneously; after some time, the auxiliary filling valve stops working, while main filling valve keeps working) avoid water to be waste
6) Filling time adjusted between two levels:0.1S and 1S, ensuring the precision for filling amount.

Warranty:

The equipment enjoys 12 months’ quality warranty for free since the equipment is delivered to the buyer. If the equipment failed to work within 12 months, repair for free. The supplier provides long-term after-sale service and free technical advice and training services. But charge maintenance service costs one year later.
