Feature and Function:

It is mainly for PET materials' washing and cleaning. PVC and some other plastics are also can be washed by this line. The whole line is fully automatic and it has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation.
This PET bottle flakes crushing, recycling and washing production line can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottle flakes ,which includes PE/PP labels, PVC labels, paper labels, HDPE cups, glue, mud, beverage leftover, oil, and scrap iron.
It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen: 300KG/H, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h and 2000kg/h...
The degree of cleaning is as much as 96% and the degree of drying is as much as 98%.
With this line, the plastic flakes can reach grade A. You can sell a very good price.
