6SXM series color sorter is a granular material equipment with double side identification and two times sorting function. It adopts imported high sensitivity of 2048 pixels CCD sensor, Japanese Nikon lens and high-speed FPGA control system and high-speed ejector structure with colorful display touch screen for operation. It is kind of high tech products with light, machine, electric and gas which can automatically move out the discolored material accurately with high sorting accuracy, high efficiency, easy operation, compact structure, beautiful design. The function is leading international position, widely used in food, oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, and especially suitable for rice, sesame, beans, sea buckthorn, industrial raw materials and other granular material.

Working principle:
The material comes from the top hopper into the machine, goes through the vibration device, decline along the chutes ,enter into the top of channels, then fall into sorting box and pass through the monitor and background board. Under the lights, CCD sensor received synthesis of light from the selected materials, make the output signal, drive the ejector operation which can blow the discolor materials to the rejected hooper, and the good materials will fall into the finished hooper.
