Arm pneumatic calender

This machine can modification on the web. It can improve the smoothness of the web, gloss and compactness. It can correct the sheet thickness and reduce paper long the transverse thickness fluctuation.

The machine we can make diffreence trimmed for example 1575mm,1760mm,1880mm,2400mm,2800mm and 3200mm.

Technical specification

1.The max work speed is 500m/min and the working pressure is 120kn/m.

2.Drive by the bottom roll,the power is change by the machine.

3.Promotion way is pneumatic and the cylinder can be the pressurizing function (or corrugated tube).

4.Left or right hand machine arrangement.

5.Use the pneumatic,cylinder(or corrugated tube )to press.

6.The rack is steel plate welded box type structure.

7.Bearing and lubrication is self-aligning roller shaft when the work speed is≤200m/min it use the dry lubricant and when the work speed is>200m/min it use the dilute lubricating oil.
