Brief introduction
BT-2800 dynamic image particle size and shape analysis system adopts sheath technology, it has the functions of stirring, ultrasonic dispersing, etc. Just put the sample into the beaker for making suspension liquid in definite concentration, and particle size analysis could be carried out. When shoot the images, the computer recognizes and processes the particles quickly in the meantime, and the screen displays the images, particle size and particle shape data for each particle in real time. Analysis results includes L/D ratio and circularity for reflecting particle shape, particle size distribution, typical value and the largest particle value for reflecting particle size, specific interval contents, contents of less than or more than a definite particle size, specified equivalent particle size, etc. The system has the characteristics of imaging clearly, fast analysis speed, easy operating, accurate and reliable result, etc. It provides a high precision analysis method for study, production and application of abrasive, medicine, high performance metal powder materials, battery materials, rod-like and acicular materials.
