CIP station is important equipment in dairy, juice, beverage and all liquid product process line for clean and disinfection of every equipment and pipes.
It consists of :
Tanks, its cubage may be from 500L/each to 5000L/each depend on the scale of dairy process line.
Hot water tank has Vertical, PU insulating, SS304 inside and outer side wall, with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, temperature meter.
Acid tank has Vertical, PU insulating, SS304 inside and outer side wall, with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, acid diaphragm pump.
Caustic tank has Vertical, PU insulating, SS304 inside and outer side wall, with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, temperature meter, caustic diaphragm pump.
Water tank, Vertical has PU insulating, SS304 inside and outer side wall, with manhole, vent, adjustment foot, legs, outlet with valve, temperature meter.
Tubular heat exchanger, to heat the cleaning solution to requirement temperature, 75-85°C
Centrifugal supply pump in high head, supply the CIP solution to each dairy equipment.
Swing plate, to distribute the CIP solution to each machines
Control panel, include temperature controller, steam control system, pump control. If it's complete automatic it's controlled by PLC to operate CIP program. It uses digital to control and display temperature, PH of caustic and acid
One set of pipes, valves, and fittings
Two CIP return pumps are liquid ring pump.
Pipe filter on return pipe etc.
