The CNC vertical lathe is featured by excellent property, advanced process and high production efficiency, suitable for rough and refined machining of internal and external reticulated cylindrical surfaces, internal and external circular conical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, complicated curved surfaces and threads.
AC spindle servomotor for main driving is able to achieve stepless speed regulation of worktable by two-gear speed shifting mechanism.
Feeding system is driven by the AC servomotor which is directly connected with ball screw for achieving clearance fit and ensuring machining accuracy.
Upper axle bearing on the worktable is high-precision from Germany and Japan, and is able to ensure lathe to have higher rotation precision and bear larger load.
As customer requirements CNC system is from Siemens or FANUC, or customized.
