1. It is the smallest model in the world, integrating pelleting, setting cage and refrigerator, and taking a land area of 1.5m2 only with convenient movement and transportation.
2. The production of soft capsules is completed through such procedures as glue melting, glue film, cooling, pelleting, encapsulating, setting, drying, etc. Featured by compact structure and beautiful appearance.
3. The cover is made of 304 stainless steel, and the parts that contact medicine are all made of 316L stainless steel, conforming to GMP requirements.
4. Nationally and internationally famous brand electrical equipment and control systems are adopted with stable running and long service life.
5. The air inlet connector, safety valve, pressure gauge, extraction opening and high-position discharging hole are provided on the cover of the glue melting barrel and the work is safe and reliable.
6. The barrel includes a three-layer structure. There is a hot water cover between the internal layer and the middle layer, and there are high-efficiency heat preservation materials between the middle layer and the external layer. The heat exchanging efficiency is high without influencing the ambient temperature.
7. The glue melting barrel is especially suitable for glue melting of small amount (glue melting capacity: 2.5Kg-15Kg), and glue storage is available and glue delivering on the ground can be realized through pressure control.
