Punching Machine used for cutting standard rubber specimens in Rubber Factory and Research Institutes before the tensile tests. For the similar materials, the machine can also be punched.

Punching machine according to the different samples to select the appropriate cutter, and it was installed in the platen of the machine. When the operation, put the material on the shim, and makes the guide screw down, until the cutter gets contact with the material. Then press the control knob to the direction of rotation, till twisting tightly enough. Next, move the lever up and down by hands, then make the lower platen moving upward, after the pressure sample is completed, control the rotate button to the direction of reset, finally the lower plate will be automatically reset.
