1.Concentrated fruit and vegetable juice include limpid juice and thick juice, we can produce whole juice machine that accord with Euro AIJN and Janpan standard based on the needs of clients.

2.There are juice extractor,evaporator,sterilization system, aseptic filling machine,etc.

They are all designed and manufactured by Shanghai Jiadi Machiney Co.,Ltd, with good capability and smooth function.

3.The whole fruit juice machine can process various fruits, such as apple, pear,orange, strawberry, blueberry,carrot, if some single machine can be replaced.

4.About our fruit juice processing plant, we have the capacity from 60 tons per day to 1500 tons per day, the brix of the end products various from 28%~30%, 30%~32%, 36%~38%.

5.The commercial fruit juice making machine can adopt of manual and automatic control when under 300 tons.

3	The material mixing device structure in the sterilizer is different from others. The cleaning time is less than the same kind equipments. It can clean very well without dirt.
4	The filling machine adopts style of up and down, which can avoid the second pollution.
5	The screen of the pulping machine is taper and the clearance could be adjusted, also could be frequency conversion and timing, which makes the production easy to squeeze.
6	The evaporator adopts of tri-effect four section structure. It can adjust the inlet material depending on the raw material collection to assure the continuous producing. And it also can cut down the power consumption.
