The machine is equipped with 4.3L*2 mix hoppers, plus it comes with an air pump that injects air into the ice cream during dispensing for a fluffier cone!
In addition to creating a lighter product, the air pump allows you to use less ice cream mix while serving more cones, saving money and labor. This machine can dispense two different flavors with the option to twin twist and have customers enjoys both flavors at once.
With the ability to output 200 qt. an hour and a built-in counter to see number of dispenses per day, as well as total dispenses, the machine is built to cater to busy establishments.
