Continuous Aeration mixers are one of the necessary key equiment

rotor and front stator. To create the maximum mixing action allied
to a closely controlled residence time and shear rate the connecting faces of the stators and both faces of the rotor have a precision machined intermeshing teeth arrangement.
mixer head is a radial disc type, with the product and aeration medium(air/gas) being proportionately fed
under pressure to the centre of the product prior to entry into the rear stator where it is gently blended. The mixing action is then progressively increased to a maximum at the periphery of the rotor and then gently decreased so that the product leaves the head in a uniform and stress free condition.Any temperature increase due to heat generation during the mixing is minimised by incorporation an effective external water jacket.
