JFQ ground turnover cutting machine designed and developed by the China Architectural Design Institute voluntarily  according to domestic situation  and in the country get a better promotion. Design Institutes in 1998 improved the defects of original cutting machine to make the machine get further improve .On the basis of the improved  models by the design institute, under the manufacturer's use condition of the machine ,our factory make the models more perfect,and make the advantages of the models get further development.

The precuring body will be hanged by the fixed-point bridge crane on the overturning platform to take off the mould frame,by the hydraulic mechanism overturning platform is turn over 90 °，then  from the longitudinal cutting agencies and transverse cutting agencies to complete the six-side cutting,after cutting  body turn over 90° by a hydraulic mechanism back in place， complete a cutting cycle.

The main features of JFQ ground turnover cutting machine:

(2). The steam-curing body is non-stick,it is more favorable to the production of sand aerated block.
(3).It can produce board without glass severing machine.
(4).All the cutting waste can reuse, after block steam curing there ia no waste.
