 DF-20/35B high-flow hydraulic polyurea spraying equipment is designed and developed for continuous application of spray polyurea elastomer in large area. Its motor power, heating wattage, and proportioning pump are enhanced one time stronger than the original specification. The equipment has many excellent features such as high-efficient construction, uniform mixture, fast heating, and extremely high cost performance, etc. It also possesses the largest flow and highest efficiency of construction in polyurea spraying equipment industry home and abroad. Horizontally Opposed Proportioning Pump
Horizontally opposed two-way proportioning pump adopts coaxial design, which can eliminate the pressure difference completely caused by nonuniform loading resulting from gravity. The pump could also enables the working pressure to stay more stable and prolong the service life of sealing parts. Every proportioning pump is equipped with over-pressure protection switch that can stop working by controlling the electric circuit in the event of reaching to maximal pressure.
Heating System:
The heating system of the base machine adopts separate aluminum heater equipped with 16 high-power heating rods, thus it has stronger heating capability allowing for low-temperature operation in winter. Fitted with independent digital touch temperature controller, temperature measuring system and over-temperature protection system, it can also achieve material temperature control precisely.
Self-cleaning Sealing
Solvent bottle equipped on the side of Material A could utilize the lubricant inside of it to rinse the sealing of metering pump in Material A continuously. By doing this way, can prevent crystallization of isocyanate on bearings and reduce abrasion so as to prolong the service life of its component parts and reduce the maintenance times.
Pressure Compensator
In order to reduce the pressure fluctuation whilst the equipment is running, a pressure compensator is built in the hydraulic pump to ensure the stability of pressure to achieve the effect of uniform mixture during operation.
