Description

DZ-900/Q pneumatic operation vacuum packaging machine with the material of vacuum chamber, vacuum lid and main structure, it with large vacuum chamber and widely application, the sealing bar is up to 900mm, which is suitable for vacuum packing large meat and medician.
The lid uses special design with beautiful appearance, good airtight effect and high mechanical strength. It completely avoids vacuum cover deformation and leaking and other problems caused by large area and heavy weight of vacuum cover in conventional model.
Pneumatic form is adopted for opening and closing of the vacuum lid during operating of the equipment to reduce the labor intensity of the operator greatly. At the same time, the free-floating type hinge of the vacuum cover guarantees the stability of the opening and closing of the cover and prolongs the service life of the vacuum cover.

1. Microcomputer control system which is used for precise and stable setting vacuuming and sealing time according to different packing material and packing requirement, easily for operation.

2. The security measures of the equipment only can be started by simultaneous operation of both hands which effectively prevents security incidents caused by malfunction of the operator.

3. With big capacity vacuum pump which could achieve maximum vacuum degree in short time and improve working effiency.

5. The “V” shaped chamber lid gasket made of high-density material guarantees the sealing performance of the machine in routine work. The compression and wearing resistance of the material extends the service life of the sealing tape and reduces change frequency.

6. The lid is using the stainless steel cover and acrylic, which with beautiful outlook, good sealing, high mechanism intensity and solid and transparent.

6. The machine uses simple operation design. After setting of all packing parameters, the desired vacuum packing and sealing may be carried out by just turning on the power switch.

7. The machine is equipped with emergency stop switch. In case of accident, the operator may press the emergency stop switch at any time to terminate the ongoing work program to make the equipment restore the initial state.

8. The heavy duty casters (with brake) on the machine features superior load bearing performance, so that the user may move the machine with ease.
