When materials enter into the crushing chamber, by engaging force of rotating rollers, materials are forced to pass the rollers and begin to crash after being squeezed,grinded, and cut. Crushed particles will be thrown out along the tangential direction of rollers will be crushed continuously until they become small enough to be discharged at bottom part. Featured by high rotation speed of rollers and high capacity, double roll crusher is also suitable in ore benificiation, chemical, cement, building materials industries for medium and fine crushing of ores and stone with medium and low hardness and compressive strength not more than 120-150Mpa.
