Double-shaft mixer is used in the technological process of watering the raw material in advance.

Working principle: When quantitative raw material flows in to agitator bath from the feed opening, stressful atomized water will be sprayed on to the raw material. Then vanes attached on the shaft will stir the moist material until it becomes nuclear bulge and conveys the nuclear bulge to the unloading part. There are three different parts: spraying part, stirring part and unloading part. The vanes are welded with stereoplasm tool bit, which has wear-resisting property and long service life.
