Working principle:
- Applying principle that magnetic material can be attracted by permanent magnet to design semi circular magnetic series, forming larger magnetic field in interior of roller flowed by material
- When materials flow through magnetic field, magnetic ores are attracted by magnetic force at once and adsorbed on surface of semicircle adsorption roller in magnetic system
- When magnetic ores are taken to non-magnetic bottom zone, they are discharged from concentrate mouth under role of gravity
- At same time, non-magnetic or lower iron-rate ores can pass through freely from magnetic field and are discharged from tailing mouth under gravity
