1.Mixing Tank 

It can be used with emulsifying mixer or planet mixer and also can be used individually .

2.SGX-1

SGX-1 type is instant Glue Liquid Filling and Capping Machine. The machine is specially designed and suitable for filling and sealing of plastic.

Working Process:       

The feeding and filling are made by self-suck-in device. During the process, caps are fed with the help of electro-magnetic vibration tray and are screwed by motor to make sure that caps are screwed tightly. Stepless speed regulation and photoelectric sevice are used for the filling and capping process for liquid material and also used for the filling and capping sealing process for liquid material or 502 gule.

3.GS-1

Introduce:

Our machine is suitable for filling water, cream, lotion etc. According to the filling requirement, the worktable is adjustable to go up and down.
