Flake ice is in the shape of flake,comparing with small plate ice,it enjoys larger surface area,so as to be applied for quick chilling.The thin flakes are able to enter the spaces between products by which heat exchange was reduced and ice temperature was remained.Meanwhile,it also enjoys a  humid effect and suitable for long-term storage of crude and fresh foodstuff.
Flake ice has a variety of applications,for example,inside of packing box for fresh vegetables,which is in favor of long-distance transportation.Especially for tender fish stocks and transportation,such as trout,squid,cuttlefish and so on,the flake ice is the first choice.It is alsp applied for dye-chemistry industry and large concrete project.
