Flake ice: Irregular ice flakes with size about 40×40mm and thickness around 1.5-2.5mm.
Features: The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing refrigerated materials;
No acute edges and corners so it will not damage the surface of the cooled object;
Large contact area and fast cooling speed;
Easy to crush and mold.
Application fields: Concrete mixing plants, chemical plants, mine cooling, skiing ground, medicine, aquatic food and so on.

As shown, ice skate, water sprinkling pan, principle axis and low water pan are driven by decelerator and run slowly counterclockwise. The water flows into the water distributive pan from the water inlet of evaporator, and then sprinkles over on the ice freezing surface evenly through water sprinkler, becoming a water film. The water film has a heat exchange with the refrigerant in the refrigerant runner and its temperature quickly decreases till forming of a layer of thin ice on ice freezing surface. Under the extrusion of ice skate, the thin ice layer turns into ice flake and then falls into ice storage bin from the ice outlet. The partial unfrozen water then returns to the cold water tank through water receiving plate from water return outlet.

Small capacity flake ice machine
Standard power supply for small capacity ice flake machine is 380V/3P/50Hz and it can be customized to meet different electrical requirements.

Configuration: With Maneurop and Tecumseh hermetic piston compressor, air condenser, the flake ice maker can be directly put into use with water and electricity on spot.
Application: supermarket, meat processing, food industry and seafood processing.

Medium capacity flake ice machine
Standard power supply for medium capacity flake ice machine is 380V/3P/50Hz and it can be customized.
Configuration: one or more sets of Bitzer semi-hermetic piston compressros; water cooling way.
Installment: All equipment is installed on one steel frame except the cooling tower so it's very convenient to install on spot and it can be put into use immediately after connecting it with the water and electricity resource. The cooling method of the condenser can be customized.

Standard power supply for large capacity flake ice machine is 380V/3P/50Hz and it can be customized.
Configuration: one or more sets of Bitzer semi-hermetic screw compressor with economizer; water cooling way (air cooling or evaporative cooling is also suitable for special condition.)
Installment: all equipment except the cooling tower are installed on one steel frame so it is very convenient to install on spot and can be put into use immediately after hooking it up to the water resource and electricity circuit. The cooling method of the condenser can be customized.
Application: industrial concrete mixing project, artificial skiing ground, etc.

Seawater flake ice machine
Standard power supply for seawater flake ice machine is 380V/3P/50Hz and it can be customized.
Configuration: The design meets with the standard of the classification society. The use of one or more Bitzer (oil) semi-hermetic piston compressor accords with sea water cooling and sea water condenser. All parts are welded together. So it is strong enough to run normally even in a pitching and rolling ship.
Features: Designed for navigation system operation, it overcome the seawater corrosion and the ship’s pitch and roll, etc.

Containerized flake ice machine
All equipment of the large capacity flake ice machine is installed in the container with other equipment, such as automatic ice storage, ice conveying system and so on. This equipment can form a movable ice-making station. A 40ft standard container can make a flake ice machine with maximum capacity of 60T/Day.
