Flat die briquette machine uses the interaction of the friction force and extrusion pressure between the flat module and pinch roller to press the raw materials into briquettes. Straws and other materials contain lignin and cellulose and the lignin has the functions of binding cellulose. When the temperature reaches to a certain level, the binding power of lignin will increase and under the press, it makes the cellulose molecular group mismatch, deformation and extension and thus the the particles are joint and recombination into briquettes. Since raw materials like straws contain lignin which has the functions of binding, no additive and binder need to be added during this process.
