Description
1. General
Type QYSZ Full Hydraulic Drilling Jar is a kind of drilling jar which combines the jarring up and down actions. This series of jar is suitable for various drilling operations. When used, it goes downhole with BHA. For some reason blocked or stuck occurs in the downhole in the process of drilling, the operator can lift or lower the drilling string on the drilling platform to make the drilling jar provide a huge impact and strike upward or downward to free the jar so that the drilling operation could be resumed quickly. Avoiding the blocked or stuck evolves into an accident, resulting in greater economic losses. Type QYSZ Full Hydraulic Drilling Jar gives full consideration to a series of serious impact on problems of drilling such as high temperature, high pressure, high torque, and so on.
A series of specific design has been adopted to make Type QYSZ Full Hydraulic Drilling Jar has the advantages of simple operation, big shock force, convenient adjustment, high connection strength, stable performance, safety and reliability, convenient maintenance and so on many merits. Done properly, mistaken shock will not occur when the product in the drilling, tripping, making a connection or hit the downhole. The hydraulic delay function allows the operator to dynamically adjust jarring up and down forces. Fully sealed oil bath lubrication is helpful to reduce wear and tear, thus improve the service life. In addition, the jar should be connected most appropriately above the neutral point of the BHA to keep the jar in tension to make it meet the needs of various working conditions such as the land and sea (including the underbalanced drilling), when used in the downhole. 2. Construction
The construction of Full Hydraulic Drilling Jar is shown in figure 2. (Note: not to scale.).
The Full Hydraulic Drilling Jar consists of round key mandrel, round key outer barrel,
round key, upper crossover sub, mandrel coupling, upper float, upper float outer barrel, upper mandrel, lock sleeve, metering valve, middle mandrel, lower float, lower float outer barrel, crossover sub, lower mandrel, lower valve outer barrel, lower sub, seal kits and so on.
