This kind of multi-functional cake line can produce center-filled cake, cup cake, and various shapes of cakes just by changing baking trays. All the parts in contact with foods adopt stainless steel, as to comply with health standards.
The shell of hot air tunnel oven adopts stainless steel. We use thermal insulation cotton with high thermal efficiency. The whole line adopts advanced PLC control system.
1. Manufacture Process:
Inflatable Mixing→Forming→Baking→Cooling→Cake De-moulding→Trays→Collecting and being back→Cream Center Filling→Cooling→Sterilizing→Packing
