Characteristics

The machine adopts a closed frame and a vertical structure. The steel frame with granite base, effective avoids vibration and so ensures the high precision of the instrument.

The 4D coordinate measuring system has three linear axes and a rotating axis.

The probe of the digital sensor has such advantage as high measuring precision, a large measuring range, small linear errors, convenient stem replacement, force automatic reversing and mis-operation safeguard function.

The imported Heidenha positioning grating is adopted for the machine datum position.

The advance electronic control system supported by the high precision gratings realizes the full closed-loop moving position control, also the gear inspection is automatically finished. The efficiency of the measurement is quite high.
