How gold separator machine for gold washing plant works

1 : Clean water is introduced into the concentrate cone through the hollow shaft then injected through a series of fluidization holes to create bed fluidization to avoid compaction of concentrating bed.

 2 : feed slurry is then introduce through the feed tube and into the concentrator cone .

3 : When the slurry reaches the Deflector pad it is forced outward and up to the cone wall by centrifugal force .

4 : The slurry fills into each groove/ring to create a concentrating bed.

5: High specific gravity particles are captured and retained in the grooves, the light particles flow out from cone .

6 : Upon completion of recovery cycle , concentrates are flushed from the cone and flow into the concentrate trough automatically, and the discharging process complete within 2 minute .
