General Introduction
The three phase asynchronous disc brake motor is a kind of new motor which is completely enclosed and cooled by itself. It is reliable to operate and easy to maintain. The motor is characterized by it's advanced technical performance such as brand-new structure, quiet, short axial dimension, great brake torque, quick braking, accurate positioning and erratic running is lower than 3‰ , witch of the design is according to the national mechanical standard: JB/T-6222-92 and JB 5317.3. All specifications we made and design based on the requirement of customers.

Use of the production
The three-phase asynchronous disc brake motor is applicable as the main drive and the auxiliary drive in the machines which is started frequently, loaded continuously, stopped suddenly or positioning precisely. The motor applies to lifting machine, press machine, building machine, spinning machine, printing machine, paper-shredder machinery, speed reducers, blowers and the pumps, etc.

Structure
The three-phase asynchronous disc motor is distinct from the traditional three-phase asynchronous squirrel-cage motor in structure. Stator -Rotor is made up of two disc cores. The Stator is compacted as disc brake device that is attached to the rotor. There are two type of motors, one is equipped with a hand-operated clutch, while the others without one. The motor can be started quickly and stopped instantaneously after the power is on or off. Flange mounting is employed when the motor is fixed. The brake-block uses WS-156 friction material without asbestos, and adjustment unnecessary even it has been braked 100, 000 times.
