The constant tension green belt building machine mainly works for green belt building and rubber coating of nylon conveyor belt, EP belt and fabric conveyor belt.

The green belt is built by magnetic powder brake control with constant tension. The liner let-off and wind-up adopt fold-free device to guarantee no folds on liner. The building action can run back and forth. The material carriage position can be adjusted manually or automatically. There's an emergency stop button near the tension roll. The drive speed is controlled manually and all motors are on same side. Tensioning roll is designed at the center of the line.
