Description

1) The line is applied with pipe extrusion. The screw of extruder is equipped with barrier unit and mixing structure and the barrel owns new style grooves. All of these offer good plastication and mixing effect. Special design of basket die head HDPE(PP,ABS) large diameter pipe with wall offer lower melting temperature, good mixing, lower pressure of cavity and stable production.

2) Special design for sizing and cooling system by using film and water ring cool HDPE(PP,ABS)material, which can fit for the requirement of HDPE(PP,ABS),and the stability of diameter and roundness when producing the pipe with thick wall.

3) Special design vacuum sizing tank can ensure the stability of size and roundness ,s peed controllers are used in extruder, haul-off to offer stability and precision performance.

4) The whole line adopts PLC performance control system and large liquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenient. The line can be equipped with another extruder used for extruding the mark line.

The diameter of pipe is from 20mm~630mm. We also can design the machine according to your requirement.

Process flow:

Vacuum feeder → Hopper dryer → Main Single screw extruder → Mould → Vacuum sizing tank → Spray cooling tank → Printer → Haul off → Cutter → Stacker
