Technical Features:
·Automatic control by MISTUBISHI PLC
·Closed loop yarn winding and unwinding control by inverter motor, electric-pneumatic proportioning valve and liner displacement transducer
·Measuring roller is connected with liner displacement transducer
·6 inches touch screen for data setting and display
·Upper and lower press roller connect with two pneumatic cylinder for tightening yarn, increase winding angle of draw-off roller to avoid yarn sliding on roller
·Both of draw-off motor and unwinding motor are equipped with brakes, beam in running condition can be stopped quickly whenever required so.
·A rotary encoder is designed on guide roller to measure warp length.
·Unwinding is controlled by inverter motor via a gearbox.
·Beam loading and doffing is controlled by supporting arm pneumatically.
