This machine adopts full set Italian technology, combine washing, filling and capping on one machine. 

It’s an effective automatic liquid packing machine. This machine is mainly used for non-carbonated drinks. And it can meet both cold and hot filling requirements.

Three-in-one Liquid Filling Machine

 1. The washing part adopts rotary intermittent spray irrigation, 

    from transmitting bottle to clamping bottle onto support and turning bottle 

    and spraying bottle at same time to drying bottle. Then the bottle come into the filling part.

2.The filling part adopts unique bayonet filling, guarantee the bottle mouth and filling valve exact sealing. 

   This avoid drink leaking caused by original holding bottles. And You do not need to adjust the machine when changing bottle.

3.The capping part adopts magnetic clutch to screw lids, thus torsion can be adjusted to ensure the capping performance.

4.This machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi frequency and PLC, realize the whole automation from the bottle feeding to capping finishing. The production speed can be adjusted.

5. All the liquid contact surface are made of stainless steel (SUS304) meeting food hygienic requirements.
