HH.CP CO2 Incubator

Co2 Incubator is mainly for cells, tissue, bacteria culture. It is necessary equipment for immunology, oncology, genetic engineering and bio-engineering areas.

Features?

  1. Humanization design– Large screen LCD display, many sets of data display in one screen, menu type operation interface, simple and understand easily, conveniently operating(II type). Stackable place(double layers) which easy make full use the lab space, microcomputer controller control precision, reliable stainless steel inner and shelf, semicircle four corners design, shelf bracket could be loading and unloading freely, convenient to clean workshop.
  2. Microorganism HEPA filter—Co2 gas inlet equipped with high efficient microorganism filter, aim at the powder whose particle diameter ≥ 0.3um, the filtering efficiency is as high as 99.99%, effectively remove the bacteria and dust particles in Co2 (Optional).
  3. Door temperature heating system– CO2 Incubator can heating the incubator’s door so let the internal glass heating up, which can effectively prevent the glass door away condensation water, so as to prevent the possibility of microbial contamination.
  4. Faster CO2 concentration recovery (“II” type has this function )—Infrared sensor monitoring of CO2 concentration is not effected by temp and humidity, when need to open the door frequently in the experiment process, the infrared sensor is the best choice. If close the door after 30s, it could arrive presetting 37℃ in less than 10min, arrive 5% presetting CO2 concentration within less than 5min, even if many people use and need to open & close the door frequency, it also could keep the CO2 concentration stable and uniform in the incubator.
  5. Equipped special second level pressure reducing valve for CO2  incubator, effectively guarantee the air inlet pressure.
  6. Ultraviolet sterilization system—Ultraviolet germicidal lamp is located in the cabinet’s back wall, which can sterilize the cabinet inside regularly, can effectively kill the casing circulation air and humidifying plate of water vapor floating bacteria, so as to effectively prevent pollution during cell culture.
  7. Independent temperature limitation alarm system (optional), it will be automatically interrupted if over the limit temperature, and alarm operators through sound and light, so as to guarantee the safe of experiment and operation without any accident.(Optional).
  8. With USB or RS485 interface which could connect the recorder and computer, so could record the change situation of temperature parameters.(Optional).
