Description
1.Main Motor: Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web rewind tension control which automatically, increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.
2.Rewind Device: Horizontal control on rewind shaft arm is by air automatic adjustable; contacting pressure can be set on request.
3.Electricity Device: Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension, length…etc. Central control system is as PLC unit and on maintenance it can be communicated with our computer by telecom line for instant check and service.
4.Using double surface type roller by air control can get smooth material and deduct the noisy, (For adhesive material).
5.Optional Rewind Device: Pick_down lift driven by motor, which can save time and reduce, wasted material.
6.Noise Reduction Hood: For attenuating the production sound when the machine is running.
7.Device: Able to be equipped with air score knife and trim removable unit for trimming at both sides and wide size slitting.
8.LPC Device: Automatic line position control system can get good cutting product.
