Structure: To firm aluminium alloy crossbeam, workpieces are made fixed with a structure of mobile gantry. The NC laser cutter features in biaxial joint and real-time control of three-axis, ensuring biaxial joint of X and Y axis to achieve timely feed and floating of Z axis to track workpiece surface.

Guided drive: Three NC axes are oriented roller rail guider, with X axis adopts AC server motor toothed wheel & rack duel driving, Y axis adopts AC server motor toothed wheel & rack gear to feed and Z axis adopts AC server motor driven roller & screwed bar gear to feed. We select Yaskawa servo motor and lead screw, lead rail, decelerating motor, gear and rack are made of imported brands.

Control system: The German brand laser CN system is adopted, hence easy for operation; professional software for cutting control supports automatic programming of AUTOCAD graphics and text.

Special laser cutter head: Sensors and cutter heads are made of the well-know brand of Sprint imported from Germany to ensure perfect cutting.
