HY-CRI200B-I high pressure common rail test bench is a kind of particular equipment newly independent researched and developed to test common rail injector and common rail pump. It is controlled by industrial computer and windows XP. Fuel system is tested by sensors and displayed on LED screen so that data can be checked, stored, modified and generated into database which can be upgraded. Rail pressure is adjustable by using BOSCH CP3.3 high pressure injection pump with 0-2000bar. It can test common rail pump and injector produced by BOSCH, DELPHI, DENSO, and SIEMENS. Function and characteristics
1. Variable frequency drive pump serves the common rail BOSCH CP3.3 and the maximum pressure is 200Mpa. Automatically closed-loop control, common rail pressure accuracy displayed is± 0.1Mpa.
2. Adjustable in injecting frequency and time.
3. Built-in standard database of common rail injection pump, data can be update and added freely by users.
4. The standard database contains the waveform control data of all types of injection pump, and it can output the standard waveform control signal to the injection pump.
