Hand scabbler is a handle tool for scarper and chip the concrete layer of the construction such as ceiling, wall, curved surface, floor, etc. light, so it is perfect for small area. Unlike other devices of surface preparation, hand scabbler doesn’t damage the surface.

Working Principle: Hand scabbler works by air power (0.8m3 to 1.0m3 is enough). Air push the piston move up and down randomly, in this way, piston push the tungsten carbide head to strike surface.
