Blissun's RFC-H series juice filling machines are designed especially for bottling synthetic juices (RTS) or HOT filled juices, tea (filled at up to 98 centigrade degrees), with optional capacity ranging from 1000BPH to 32000BPH, it adopts the pressure & rotative filling style. We have CE on our machine. And our juice filling machine had exported to the USA, India, Mexico, Dominica, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Algeria and so.

The rinsing system, capping system rotor assemblies are identical to the non-carbonated beverage filling machine (RFC Series), however there are some additional smart features provided along with specially designed valves, designed specifically for the purpose.

In case of bottling HOT filled juices in PET bottles the perform weight and the bottle design are of critical importance. Using a heavier perform retards bottle distortion and greater wall thickness. Vertical ribs placed longitudinally across the bottle impart rigidity to the bottle which is a prerequisite when the juice is HOT filled.
