Product Description

Head-blocks

The head-blocks are made in heavy, shock-resistant welded steel construction and are moved on precision machined block supports. The machine body are with annealing process, ensure the structure steady. Clamping is done hydro-statically, ensure the log is steady when cutting. Hooks are movable and Fences are fixed. Movement for the head-blocks can choose driven by hydraulic or servo motor, enabling the high and precise positioning. And the working table is with roll over protection system.

Carriage Drive

The carriage is driven by variable frequency motor or servo motor. With speed of 50 m/min, the driver is equipped with a strong gauge steel rope and drum.

Hydraulic System

Clamping, Movement of the log turners and the hooks are done hydraulically by carefully designed
separate Hydraulic Unit place on the carrier mainframe. Fast movement of hooks and turning arms by Hydraulic Accumulator. Independent moving and separately select hooks for easy positioning of the
logs.

CNC System

With CNC System, one operator do all process. The logs loading, positioning, cutting, outfeeding four step.

Can input different log length and require timber thickness for different sawmill situation.

System auto calculate if the log have enough space to cutting.

With CNC System control, the accuracy should be ±0.2~0.5mm.
