Main function of each machine in the Pretreatment and Prepressing Workshop

a. Cleaning device:remove the raw material peanut in various impurities, such as: iron,
stones, clump, such as the plant leaf, clean up till impurity content does not exceed 0.2%.

b.Magnetic separation:It is used for clearing the iron impurity in the soybean which will be harmful  to the machines.b.Crushing machine: peanut is crushed into 6-8 pieces. In order to meet the requirements
of crushing, the peanut is suitable for crushing with the moisture of 7% to 12%.
c.Destoner: Remove the stone and other impurities in the rice bran.
d:Bulking machine:It is usually used for processing rice bran in oil field . The high temperature and pressure to make the materials into graininess. During this process, the materials are puffing sharply , the internal moisture was evaporated quickly and formed into loose structure , it is good for solvent extracting oil out.
