Homogenizing Furnace for billets

     Homogenizing furnace is the special equipment which heat treated billet after casting and eliminate the residual stress as cast ingot and non-uniformity metallurgical structure and improve the performance of extrusion processing process, improve the production efficiency and aluminum product quality.

1.Fuel : gas or oil, high efficiency, cart type, with forced cooling chamber; it compose with gas or oil furnace, chamber and feed cart.

2.capacity :5T-50T;

3.billet length: 8500mm(max)

4.Temperature controlled: in ±5°C

5.Handling capacity(day) of 35T:110T cast billets

6.The oil consumption(min) :23-30kg/T·ALU billet, Gas :25-35M³/ T·ALU billet.

     It can be used for homogenization treatment of cast ingot for extrusion and also can used for the treatment of calender square ingots.

    The equipment can be completely automatic control and operation.
