Model Description:
JY-DFF60 is designed for explosion-proof motor pump unit, its flow rate is 60m³/h
This diesel filtrator that adopting three levels of membrane filtration is large flow rate and high performance, with operating platform.
Application:
JY-DFF60 is especially designed for filtrating diesel, refining diesel and removing impurities, colloid from diesel, especially from emulsified diesel , result in enhancing quality grade of diesel fuel and improving diesel using performance. It is based on characteristics of light diesel oil to adopt high performance wafer membrane filtration technology.
Applicative Oils:
Light diesel oil (Boiling point range of about 180~370 centigrade)
Water separation:
It is applicable to standard diesel oil and emulsified diese (removal of emulsified water), and the separating effect is particularly significant when the oil contained much more water. The separation speed is several or dozens of times than the traditional filtering.
Refinery process:
This product cannot be used in the intermediate process of some small refinery, just as the terminal filtrator to refine the diesel before delivery.
Why do we filter diesel:
Quality and cleanliness of diesel fuel are key factors to guarantee the performance and service life of the engine. The research of the diesel engine manufacturers reported that 90% of the failure problem of diesel engine is due to dirt and moisture in the diesel. Before leaving refinery, diesel is usually clean and up to standard, but after multiple storage and transportation, certain pollution will exist. As a result, the purity of the product will decline. So filtering out the pollutants and water is necessary to restore the purity of the product. Clean diesel makes the rate of engine failure decrease significantly, at the same time, efficiency will be improved, maintenance costs will be cut down, fuel consumption reduces 5-10%, oil-saving effect is obvious, the service life of diesel engines extend 2 ~ 3 times.
Principle:
According to the characteristics of different diesel oils, JY-DFF60 diesel filtrator uses selectivity characteristics of membrane technology to separate impurities and water in diesel fuel. The selectivity characteristic is to say, the oil molecules will pass and water molecules or impurities will be intercepted, so that the oil and water can be separated. Membrane filter has a rigid structure and a high pressure resistance, its membrane thickness between 3 to 16 mm, belonging to depth filtration. The pore in membrane is three-dimensional structure, and pore precision can be controlled within 30μm～0.2μm. That is to say, by back washing the blocked pore, filter element can be used repeatedly. Because of the characteristics of membrane filter element, normal working pressure of equipment is only 0.2-0.3Mpa. Low pressure difference, high flow, high productivity is the distinctive features of this machine.

Combined function features:
Double filter combinations, three grade filters, two filters can be run independently or combined operation. Different quality in different forms of diesel filtrator : if diesel quality is better and the diesel looks transparent but with impurities, we can run A filter. On the contrary, we can run double filter combination operation (A+B).
JY-DFF60 diesel purification filtrator belong to the large flow rate with 60m³/h. In order to meet much larger flow requirements , we can run several parallel diesel filters operation platform.
The service life of membrane filter element:
Generally, membrane filter element can be used 2 ~ 3 years or longer, if the oil is particularly dirty the service life may be shortened. So in order to increase its service life, we should clean and maintain the membrane filter usually in ordinary time.
The cost of filtration:
Because the service life of membrane filter element is long, high cost-effective, small operation space, low power consumption, filter differential pressure is less than 0.2 ~ 0.3Mpa, simple operation, low comprehensive, low energy consumption, low material consumptions, artificial cost and low maintenance fee, so the total cost is low.
