LK1450 Manual-Auto Integrated Automatic Die Cutting Machine is the new developed equipment, for which our company combined the superiorities of domestic and abroad same type machinery, it’s mainly designed for the die cutting of high-grade color carton, color box and so on.

This machine adopts high intensity gripper and advanced open clamp gripper structure, which is suitable for various types of cardboard, card paper and corrugated paper, etc. 
Front and rear positioning and side locating structure ensure the precision of die cutting working. 

The machine is equipped with high precision Cam Indexing mechanism, sensitive rapid response air clutch, pneumatic mold locking, programmable controller, man-machine interface and so on. Digital display monitoring the speed, processed sheet quantities, total running time of machine. The machine faulty alarm display designed for easy maintenance. 

The machine adopts inverter to control main motor, stepless speed adjustment and stably running. It’s also equipped with sensors and safety devices in many different positions, which ensure machine working normally and operator’s safety. 

Die cutting pressure could be adjusted from front and rear separately, convenient hand jigger, at the meantime, It can realize die cutting work without gripper margin as well.
